Wellness is in the Life Fitness Center (Building #10) on the West Barnstable Campus and on the Plymouth campus. Wellness Services are available for all 4Cs students, regardless of campus. Support is available through Zoom, phone calls, and other digital options if meeting on campus doesn’t work for you!
Our 4Cs Student Counseling team has trained mental health counselors here for you. Counseling provides you with a safe, confidential space to navigate personal challenges, build resilience, and support your overall well-being. Appointments are available on Zoom or in person on West Barnstable and Plymouth campuses.
In partnership with the Family Pantry of Cape Cod, you have access to a full-service food pantry located on the West Barnstable campus in Grossman Commons (Building #7), with services available in Plymouth. With a valid 4Cs ID, students in need are eligible for one bag of non-perishable food, as well as select perishable items, each week.
Our Student Counseling team will work with you to identify emergency housing options when you’re in need. With connections to resources across the state, our goal is to ensure you have secure housing so you can focus on everything else!
In urgent situations, our team may support your transportation needs, including emergency support like bus passes. We aim to ensure you can safely reach our campuses.
The 4Cs Fitness Center is open and free for all students. Located on the ground floor of the Life Fitness Center (Building #10) on the West Barnstable Campus, our Fitness Center has weights, cardio equipment, a full racquetball court, and more.
Programming will address the evolving wellness needs of our college community with a focus on developing healthy habits and building connection for overall wellbeing.
The Peer Education Program is intended to help support the wellbeing of our student community through interactive programs, educational programming, 1:1 support and other initiatives based on the eight dimensions of the wellness wheel (Emotional; Financial; Social; Spiritual; Occupational; Physical; Academic and Environmental).
Our peer educators will act as role models and liaisons to connect students with each other, with college resources, and with the skills and knowledge that will help them thrive in their individual academic journey while at Cape Cod Community College.
